Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Please note that orders shipped to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges. P.O. Boxes All internet orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipments to PO Boxes may incur additional charge.

Returns

At Tulane’s Closet we’re here to make your life and your pet’s life easier after surgery. If for any reason, you would like to return your Cover me by Tui, we are happy to refund your purchase price (minus the shipping and handling charges). Please call us at 1-800-208-6170 within 3 days of receiving your “Cover me by Tui” post-surgical pet garment and we will send you a return label at no cost to you. Please return your pet’s Cover me by Tui in original packaging with a copy of the receipt.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal. If you prefer to purchase with a cashier’s check, money order, personal check or purchase order, then please call 1-800-208-6170 and our sales manager will help you directly. They will be happy to take your order, determine the freight and sales tax if applicable and advise you of the total. All orders paid with a personal check will be held until all funds are available. This may cause up to a 3 week delay.
